Henry Gray Entertainment LLC is an independent entertainment company based in Granada Hills, California. Founded by Bruce Scivally with his brothers, Frank Scivally and Jeff “Papa Rock” Scivally, the company is named in honor of their maternal grandfather, Henry Gray.

Born in Guntersville, Alabama, Henry Gray spent much of his life in rural Lincoln County, Tennessee, where he worked as a farmer, handyman, and jack-of-all-trades while raising a family of seven children with his wife, Lily Mae.

The artwork above depicts Henry and Lily Mae as they appeared on their wedding day, alongside a later photograph of them near the end of Henry’s life, enjoying a bit of fresh air in rocking chairs outside their home.

Henry’s dedicated, hardworking spirit, resourcefulness, and devotion to family are the foundation of the company that bears his name.

 

Through Henry Gray Publishing, we champion bold new voices in fiction and nonfiction and now, with Henry Gray Productions, we are expanding that mission into developing stories from our authors for film and television.

The medium may change, but the mission does not: to bring original, compelling stories to readers, viewers, and audiences - select stories for selective readers.
