Melvyn Morrow is an Australian novelist, playwright, screenwriter, and lyricist whose writing combines sharp satire, theatrical flair, and a willingness to tackle large, controversial subjects. He began writing sketches for the television satire The Mavis Bramston Show and went on to create numerous stage musicals and pantomimes, including Shout! The Legend of the Wild One, Dusty—The Original Pop Diva, and A Song to Sing, O, which was produced at London’s Savoy Theatre.
