Jeff “Papa Rock” Scivally is a musician, artist, performer, designer, storyteller, and lifelong creative whose curiosity and ingenuity have found expression across a wide range of pursuits. A natural problem-solver with a deep affection for popular culture, he combines his love of classic movies with a talent for creating engaging puzzles and games.

 

In collaboration with actor and writer Jeffrey Breslauer, he created the Papa Rock’s Word Search series, featuring volumes devoted to horror, Westerns, detective films, romance, animated musicals, war movies, and other cinematic genres. Designed for readers of all ages, the books offer an entertaining way for readers to re-experience movie favorites through thoughtfully constructed puzzles.

 

Known affectionately as “Papa Rock” to his grandchildren, Scivally lives in north Alabama, where he continues to write, paint, and perform music with imagination, humor, and resourcefulness.
